So Chips is an artisan manufacturer of kettle fried potato chips located in France.
The passion, the desire to satisfy its customers directly, caused Stéphane and Julie Gerard to start an artisanal chips company (in 2018) based on their vision: respect for nature, respect for meticulous and sincere labour, all wrapped up in a chic and fun packaging.
The result is SoCHiPS: French chips, with the authentic taste of the potato with that something extra that the others do not.
