China Potato Expo 2011 is the only international exhibition for potato and other root and tuber crops and related products in China.
The expo will showcase the latest products and techniques in the whole industry chain, includin R&D, production, processing, storage, transportation and marketing.
A series of professional events such as China Potato Summit Forum, New technology and products release and potato cooking show will be organized during the Expo.
