The Evita potato variety is a cultivar recognized for its semi-upright growth habit and medium-sized, closed to intermediate leaves. The stems exhibit weak anthocyanin coloration.
In terms of disease resistance, Evita has high to very high resistance to potato virus Y (strain not specified) and resistance to potato leaf roll virus.

- Firm cooking type. Suitable for direct consumption and industrial processing (peeling).
- Resistant to Globodera rostochiensis (potato cyst nematode) Ro1 and Ro4, potato wart disease, with slight susceptibility to leaf roll virus, late blight on foliage, and common scab.
- Low susceptibility to PVY (Potato Virus Y), late blight in tubers, and Rhizoctonia.
