Variety Description

Keystone Russet is a russet potato variety bred by Colorado State University (USA) and introduced in 1999. It has brown, rough skin and white flesh, ideal for baking, frying, and mashing. It matures medium to late, resists common diseases, stores well, and produces high yields.
