Cutting blocks by Tummers Food Processing Solutions are known for their perfect cutting quality and long service life. They are designed for all possible methods of cutting: French fries, slices, wedges, crinkle-cut French fries, sticks, and coring.

The Model CCL slicer produces lattice cuts of varying thickness. Both sides of the slice have crinkles, with the crinkles on each side of the slice running approximately 90° to each other. Uses involve lattice potato chips and thicker potato waffle fries.

Potato Chips Slicer (Regular) – PO-1 is a compact slicer with a capacity of 400–500 kg/hr, made from SS 304 and aluminum. Powered by a 0.5 HP motor, it is ideal for making slice, stick (lachcha), ruffle, and V-shaped chips with adjustable thickness.
