Banana Long Chips Slicer (Model: BAN-3) – A high-capacity electric slicer made of food-grade SS 304, with a 1.5 HP motor, capable of slicing up to 500 kg of bananas per hour. Ideal for commercial chips production.

The Model VSC produces a wide range of segments, slabs, or rectangular strips. Several different cutting set-ups are available including standard heads, Flo-Cut® Model 360 heads, and Velocicut® heads. Consult your local Urschel sales representative for the cutting head best-suited for our application.

This Model is used for shred for hashbrowns. 1/16 to 3/8" (1.6 to 9.5 mm) particles for potato pancakes or rösti from dicing and french fry screenings and rejects. Use cutting head with suitable particle opening size. Capacity is 4,000 - 5,000 lbs. (1,800 - 2,200 kg) hourly using 3,600 revolutions per minute impeller speed.

SFW Hydrocutter is a piece of industrial food processing equipment that uses high-pressure water jets to cut and slice food products. The hydrocutter consists of a pump, a high-pressure water system, and a cutting head.

Potato Chips Slicer (Heavy) – PO-2 is a robust machine with a 500–600 kg/hr capacity, made from fully SS 304 and bronze. It features a 1 HP motor with a variable speed drive and is designed to produce various chip styles like slice, stick (lachcha) etc.

These Banana Chips Slicers are designed for efficient slicing of banana chips in various shapes and sizes. Both models feature adjustable thickness for customized chip cutting.

Exclusively designed by Urschel to assist Urschel CC Slicer customers, meet the new production-proven RockRepeller™ Impeller. Rocks and stones in potato processing cause lost production time. Urschel now offers a patent-pending impeller that uses centrifugal force to filter out rocks.

The patented Tummers Food Processing Solutions Aligner for cutting potatoes and tubers can be incorporated into any water-cutting system. The aligner ensures that a tuber is perfectly centered and aligned for cutting.

The Comitrol® Processor Model 3640A High Speed (M3640A-HS) is ideal for processing tough or fibrous products in small volume to high capacity production environments.

This machine is used for reducing into flakes or granulation for further processing.
