The Urschel Laboratories VSC Segment Cutter produces segments, slabs, and rectangular strips, offering a compact alternative to large waterjet systems. It is often used for R&D by potato processors to test new cuts before full-scale production.

AceCo also designs and makes crinkle shapes for specialty or highly customized applications. AceCo can design and fabricate knives, tunnel blocks, holders and cutting assemblies to make waffle cuts, crinkle slabs, scoops and other distinctive shapes.

This machine is used for reducing into flakes or granulation for further processing.

D-BLADE is a unique high-speed robotic cutting machine developed by PIP Innovations. This highly versatile machine can process almost all potatoes, fruits and vegetables with high precision and with unrivalled capacity.

The TranSlicer 2510 Cutter accepts compressible food products up to 8" (203 mm) in diameter, or firm products up to 6-3/4" (171 mm) in diameter — precutting may be necessary. Optional static hold-down assembly is available to maintain positive feeding assistance.
