Suvalkijos Daržovės

The Suvalkijos daržovės is a Lithuanian agricultural cooperative specializing in the cultivation, storage, and wholesale supply of potatoes and fresh vegetables. Established in 2013 and based in the Šakiai district, the cooperative brings together local growers to coordinate production, improve market access, and supply high-quality agricultural products to domestic and international markets. Its core activities include vegetable production planning, aggregation of members’ harvests, post-harvest handling, and commercial distribution.

The company places strong emphasis on the potato sector, cultivating large areas dedicated to potatoes for fresh consumption, processing, and chip production markets. Potatoes are sorted, cleaned, stored in modern climate-controlled facilities, and packed according to customer requirements, ensuring consistent quality and year-round availability. Alongside potatoes, the cooperative also produces and supplies beetroot, zucchini, pumpkins, and other field vegetables grown under sustainable farming practices and supplied to retailers and export partners across Europe.
