Intralox® S1750 belting is designed for potato destoner, rock trap and washer applications. Its modular, abrasion-resistant design supports heavy loads, minimizes wear and downtime, improves drainage and water flow, enables retrofit maintenance.

The Cyclone destoner removes stones and clay shells. The gradient of the funnel and the variable water flow determines the optimum result.

The Sormac spiral roller grader is used for grading peeled root products, particularly potatoes. The machine is equipped with a number of plastic rollers provided with a spiral-shaped groove.

Dirt Screening Drum (DSD) Separates dry soil from root crops via rotation and vibration. PU-coated cables act as a sieve, letting earth fall below. Inclined design moves crops onward. Driven by gear motor and rollers; fed by user’s conveyor system.

Horizontal Debris Remover removes dirt, roots and other debris from potatoes.

The SG units provide gentle soil cleaning and pre-grading with PU spiral rollers, variable speed drives, and Turbo Clean system for efficient separation and integration into processing lines.
