Agristo Escaudoeuvres is a large-scale frozen potato processing project in Escaudœuvres, Hauts-de-France. It produces frozen potato products like French fries, potato specialties, hash browns, and other processed potato foods for European and international markets.

The Escaudœuvres facility, also called the "Agrist'Hauts-de-France" project, is being built on the old Tereos sugar refinery site in northern France. The project is one of Agristo's key European expansion projects, and it aims to boost the company's position in the French market while also assisting local potato farming and food processing sectors.

Once fully operational, the new manufacturing site will be capable of producing up to 300,000 tons of frozen potato products per year, making it one of the company's largest production sites in Europe. The initial production capacity is set at 150,000 tons per year, with a steady increase over time. The business will use innovative automated processing technology to convert French-grown potatoes into frozen fries, potato specialties, formed goods, and other value-added frozen meals.

Agristo chose Escaudoeuvres because of its strategic location in the Hauts-de-France area, which is one of France's major potato-growing regions. The firm wants to form long-term connections with local potato producers and develop regional agricultural supply chains. The site renovation also promotes economic regeneration by converting the outdated sugar refinery into a contemporary food production cluster.

Agristo is investing approximately €280–350 million into the Escaudœuvres development, with commercial production expected to begin around mid-2027. The facility is projected to create approximately 140 jobs during the startup phase and expand to 300–350 direct jobs at full production capacity.
