AVEBE Gasselternijveen is one of AVEBE's three starch production plants in the Netherlands.

In Gasselternijveen Avebe processes 1.2 million tons of potato annually into potato starch for food. Avebe also produces Solanic potato protein for food at this location as well as several other auxiliary products such as fibres, Protapec (animal feed) and Protamylasse.

Coöperatie Avebe realiseerde een prestatieprijs van ruim 82 euro. Dit is bijna 7% hoger dan vorig jaar,en een nieuw record: nog niet eerder kwam de prestatieprijs boven de grens van de 80 euro.
