Colin Ingrédients is an independent, family-run firm in Mittelhausen, Alsace, France, with nearly 60 years of experience producing natural gourmet ingredients. 

They offer a wide range of flavorings and colorants, dehydrated vegetable, herb, and spice powders, blends, and functional mixes, including clean-label seasoning mixes, E-free powders, organic culinary bases, and liquid/powder flavor systems.

Colin produces about 16,000 tonnes of ingredients annually from two sites totaling ~38,000 m², with 41 production lines and roughly 320 employees. The company is supported by a 16-person R&D team of chefs, engineers, and flavor specialists.
