Vale's Fresh has launched parcooked potatoes developed for the school market and to meet the demands of the Public Sector Food Procurement Initiative (PSFPI).
The potatoes are 100% British, 100% natural, with no additives or preservatives, and have a shelf life of 28 days. The variety will depend on the season.
Initially there are two lines in the Vale's Fresh Prepared Potato range - whole peeled potatoes and diced peeled potatoes. They are parcooked and just need finishing off by boiling, steaming or roasting.
