The top executive group at Wendy's after its acquisition by the parent of the Arby's chain will include three faces familiar to the Dublin company's employees and franchisees.
Triarc Companies Inc. disclosed Friday three high management appointments for Wendy's, set to take effect after the Atlanta-based company closes its $2.3 billion purchase of the burger chain later this year.
The new hires are:
- J. David Karam, 50, president.
- Stephen D. Farrar, 57, chief operating officer
- Ken C. Calwell, chief marketing officer
