Equipment Manufacturer Tummers Food Processing Solutions has announced the appointment of a new managing director, Lennaert van Dijk, who assumed his new position on September 1, 2017.

To guarantee the continuous quality and service, we appointed someone whose vision co-aligns with ours and is able to expand that vision to a broader plan.

Erwin Tummers, C.E.O of the Tummers Group, wishes to invest more time for future plans and focus on the strategy and growth of the Tummers Group, while Lennaert is able to improve professionalism, customer- service & satisfaction and further establish the Tummers brand.

Lennaert joined Tummers from SGL, a machine developer and service provider in the food and non-food processing industry, where he was co-owner and managing director and brings 13 years of experience in cross-border market advisory, corporate strategy, new business developments, project management and much more.

His experience in manufacturing for the process industry will enrich Tummers for the better. His new view, skills as a manager and leader, will all benefit the next chapter on this new exciting journey.

Lennaert van Dijk:

“I enjoy and respect the amicable and sociable, but professional, hardworking and venturous work ethics here at Tummers.”

“I feel privileged this position is granted to me and intend to, like in life, perform to the fullest with all effort. This is a path I choose for the long term, a path I choose for life”

Tummers has grown its operation since its start in 1976. From the regional province of Zeeland and North Brabant in the Netherlands, to global projects in China, Russia, Algeria, Brazil and the Middle East.

The collective knowledge, expertise and experience that both Lennaert and Erwin have, will further strengthen the foundation on which Tummers is built.
