Vanmark, a potato and produce processing equipment manufacturer, has announced a new facility in Bengaluru, India, expanding its capabilities in the Southeast Asia food processing market.

In addition to two locations in the United States, the new facility supports the company’s growth strategy in Southeast Asia by manufacturing and distributing its washing, peeling, hydrocutting, storage and conveying equipment – most notably the new 1820 Series Peeler/Scrubber/Washer and its complimentary machines.

The 1820 Series integrates continuous washing and peeling into one machine, with a maximum flow rate 1,814 kg per hour. Machines are easily configured, operated and maintained for a variety of uses and products. It’s ideal for regional potato chip and produce processors looking to automate or upgrade their processing.

The new facility is run by General Manager Veeresh Gowdru, who brings years of processing equipment experience.

Veeresh Gowdru, General Manager:

“Vanmark is known for manufacturing top quality, easy-to-use equipment for potato and produce processors.”

“We are excited to bring that same quality and dedication to India and ultimately all of Southeast Asia at a larger scale.”
