MAF Gateways Selects FPS Food Process Solutions for Complete French Fry Processing Line in Egypt

FPS Food Process Solutions (FPS), a global provider of turn-key food processing systems and freezing technology, has secured a major project with MAF Gateways, a leading distributor of frozen French fries, to deliver a complete end-to-end potato processing line in Egypt serving both local and international export markets.
The fully integrated system will support the entire production process — from raw potato receiving and peeling to pulsed electric field (PEF) treatment, blanching, cutting, drying, frying, freezing, grading, and packaging — delivering finished potato products under the Beit Al Gomla brand.

FPS Food Process Solutions is a Canada-based company specializing in freezing, cooling, frying and food processing equipment for the global food industry.
