Elea PEF Advantage Day 2023

The event will focus on the application of Pulsed Electric Fields in industrial vegetable processing and in the field of biotechnology.

On the first day, we will present how PEF treatment improves the quality, increases yield, saves energy and enhances the processing of vegetable production.

The second day will be dealing with perspectives of PEF in biotechnology. We will show the benefits of treating yeast and microalgae for the extraction of more yield and valuable compounds like colour, oil, proteins, amino acid, flavour, etc.

The event will take place close to the Anuga exhibition in Cologne to give the option of combining your trip to Germany.
