The Elora Research Station Field Day 2026 is a specialised potato research and knowledge-sharing event taking place on 19 August 2026 at the Elora Research Station Crops Building, 6182 2 Line E, Ariss, Ontario, Canada. The event brings together potato growers, researchers, industry professionals, and agricultural stakeholders to explore the latest developments in potato breeding, production practices, and crop management. Hosted at the Elora Research Station, the event provides participants with an opportunity to visit field research plots, observe new potato varieties, and gain insights into ongoing research supporting the future of the Canadian potato industry.

The field day will showcase a wide range of potato variety demonstration trials, including chipping, fresh market, and French fry potato types.
