Variety Description

Guindo Camotillo, meaning "Small Maroon Sweet Potato," is part of the Camotillo group of native potatoes. It is appreciated for its mealy texture and is especially favored in pachamanca (earth-oven baking). It is also suitable for chuño preparation.
