Variety Description

Yana Corneta is a traditional highland potato (Solanum tuberosum subsp. andigena), moderately abundant and well-suited for cultivation at altitudes of 3,300–4,000 m. It is culturally significant and widely appreciated for boiling due to its texture and flavor.
