In 2014 we helped develop a concept for Valensija.The first stage enabled receiving, soil extraction, sorting, washing, polishing, storing, weighing & packaging of potatoes, onions & beetroot. The second stage includes the processing of carrots.

The Cerex converts untreated grain, micropellets or mixes of grains & micropellets into a healthy slice, cake, cracker or biscuit. It is the reliable equipment and a true monument for premium brands in the puffed cake production industry.

The plant is designed for the preparation, washing, polishing and sorting of ware potatoes. Both parts of the plant display first-class workmanship down to the smallest detail and are connected together in a highly efficient manner.

In December 2015 Gillenkirch installed a new and advanced potato line in Hevel-Maon Enterprises, one of the leading organizations in Israel.

The Pellex C+ processor can produce a large variety of healthy snacks including potato popped chips, non-fried tortilla chips, popped chips with inclusions and ancient grain popped chips, all in a single operation without further treatment.
