The Comitrol® Processor Model 3640A High Speed (M3640A-HS) is ideal for processing tough or fibrous products in small volume to high capacity production environments.

The Model CCL slicer produces lattice cuts of varying thickness. Both sides of the slice have crinkles, with the crinkles on each side of the slice running approximately 90° to each other. Uses involve lattice potato chips and thicker potato waffle fries.

The Velocicut® Head may be used in conjunction with the Urschel Model VSC Cutter, or integrated into an existing watergun system. A variety of cuts may be produced including square, rectangular, slab, bi-slab, cross slab, and segment cuts.

Tummers Cutting line Switcher is a stainless steel, industrial switcher for changing cutting blocks either automatically or manually, and without interrupting your production. They can be Operated with a front-mounted touch screen.

The slicer of Idaho Steel is used to size potatoes for processing. By slicing the whole potato, blanching time and product waste are reduced.

The Urschel Laboratories DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer is a rugged, high-capacity machine for continuous slicing, dicing, strip cutting, and shredding. It comes in three models: Standard, with built-in discharge conveyor, and Large Product Input (LPI) for bigger items.

The Harikrishna Flaker Machine – Model CHN-300 is a medium-scale industrial machine with a 125 KG/hour capacity. Built with durable Stainless Steel 304 or Mild Steel, it runs on a 2 HP motor for efficient and low-maintenance flaking operations—ideal for consistent and hygienic processing.

The Potato Jalli Chips (Kriss Cross) Machine – Model PJ1 is designed to produce criss-cross or lattice-style potato chips, often known as jalli chips or waffle chips.

Tummers Food Processing Solutions is the biggest player in hydro cutting technology in Europe. An extensive range of typical Tummers Food Processing Solutions standard equipment is available, while layout and details are custom designed.

The Urschel Laboratories MicroAdjustable® Slicing Head (SL-14) features 14 cutting stations for maximum efficiency and fast knife changes. It is available in two versions: micro-adjustable or micro-adjustable with quick-clamping technology for added convenience.

This machine is used for reducing into flakes or granulation for further processing.

The standard E TranSlicer Cutter (ETRS) accepts firm products up to 4" (101.6 mm) in diameter or leafy-type, compressible products up to 6" (152.4 mm). Interchangeable 20" (508 mm) diameter stainless steel cutting wheels reduce products with great precision and efficiency at high capacity.

The FAM Tridis 240p is a new generation of tridimensional dicers designed by FAM.

Potato Chips Slicer (Regular) – PO-1 is a compact slicer with a capacity of 400–500 kg/hr, made from SS 304 and aluminum. Powered by a 0.5 HP motor, it is ideal for making slice, stick (lachcha), ruffle, and V-shaped chips with adjustable thickness.
