Potato Chips Slicer (Regular) – PO-1 is a compact slicer with a capacity of 400–500 kg/hr, made from SS 304 and aluminum. Powered by a 0.5 HP motor, it is ideal for making slice, stick (lachcha), ruffle, and V-shaped chips with adjustable thickness.

Shred for hashbrowns. 1/16 to 3/8" (1.6 to 9.5 mm) particles for potato pancakes or rösti from dicing and french fry screenings and rejects.

Dual-Fruit Chips Slicer is a high-capacity chips slicing machine designed for both banana and mango chips. It features replaceable dual blades, adjustable thickness, and a 3 H.P motor with gear variable drive, making it ideal for producing round, oval, and long chips efficiently.

Potato Chips Slicer (Heavy) – PO-2 is a robust machine with a 500–600 kg/hr capacity, made from fully SS 304 and bronze. It features a 1 HP motor with a variable speed drive and is designed to produce various chip styles like slice, stick (lachcha) etc.

The Potato Jalli Chips (Kriss Cross) Machine – Model PJ1 is designed to produce criss-cross or lattice-style potato chips, often known as jalli chips or waffle chips.

It is recommended for free-flowing dry and semi-dry applications. ​ For the size reduction of potato flakes a Model 1700 or 3600 can be used. Use cutting heads at 3,000 rpm or microcut heads with every other blade removed at 9,000 rpm or with VFD to make a particle size of 200 to 800 microns.

The Cheese Shredder (CS) is a high-efficiency machine designed to shred both soft and hard cheese without melting. Built with fully S.S. 304 material, it runs on a 1 HP motor and delivers a capacity of 60–65 kg/hr.

SFW Hydrocutter is a piece of industrial food processing equipment that uses high-pressure water jets to cut and slice food products. The hydrocutter consists of a pump, a high-pressure water system, and a cutting head.

Exclusively designed by Urschel to assist Urschel CC Slicer customers, meet the new production-proven RockRepeller™ Impeller. Rocks and stones in potato processing cause lost production time. Urschel now offers a patent-pending impeller that uses centrifugal force to filter out rocks.

The DM380 is ideal for processing nuts in small batches or high-volume continuous production. The unique disc plate design and adjustable gap setting allow for a wide variety of nuts to be processed.

The Model VSC produces a wide range of segments, slabs, or rectangular strips.
