Box tippers are designed to feed processing lines or machines. The principle is that a box is placed in the machine, which then slowly tilts the box so that a hopper or elevator is filled.

Options

Cage

Optionally it is possible to opt for a cage around the machine, to ensure safety for the staff. The cage is a very effective safety measure.

Dosing sensor

In some cases, it is not possible for the box tipper to empty a box at once. For these situations, Allround VP offers the dosing sensor. This dosing sensor detects when the produce piles up, and when the machine will be able to empty the bunker again.

Stainless steel

Allround VP is able to make machines from Stainless Steel on demand.

Two cylinders

Optionally for the Z160; it is possible to opt for two cylinders on the machine instead of one, to increase the lifting power of the machine.

Box Storage

With Allround box storage the products are stored in large bins. The product is stacked up to about 6 boxes high. Box storage is a very flexible way to store agricultural products.

Receiving Hopper

The Allround Receiving Hopper is designed to feed or act as a buffer in loading and unloading lines or processing lines. The hopper is designed in such a way that it can be fed by tip trailers, box tippers, and big bags.

Shake Grader

The Allround Shake grader is designed to grade potatoes according to the square size. The potatoes are fed to the top of the machine onto the top sieve. The sieves in the machine shake in sequential frequencies, which causes the potatoes to move along on the sieves.
