The Allround brushing machine is designed to clean vegetables and potatoes using brushes that have a wave shape. The vegetables are transported through mass. Underneath the brushes, a box or transport belt can be placed to collect the dust.

Allround offers brushes in various degrees of hardness, depending on the product and circumstances. The VB stands for vegetable brushing machine and BR stands for potato brushing machine.

Waste transport belt

A waste transport belt can be fitted to transport the dust from the brushing machine.

Machine on wheels

In some cases, it is needed to be able to transport the machine. Therefore, the machine can be fitted with wheels.

Waste box

A waste box can be added to collect the dust for easy clean-up.

Allround Box Storage

With Allround box storage the products are stored in large bins. The product is stacked up to about 6 boxes high. Box storage is a very flexible way to store agricultural products.

Allround Receiving Hopper

The Allround Receiving Hopper is designed to feed or act as a buffer in loading and unloading lines or processing lines. The hopper is designed in such a way that it can be fed by tip trailers, box tippers, and big bags.

Allround Shake Grader

The Allround Shake grader is designed to grade potatoes according to the square size. The potatoes are fed to the top of the machine onto the top sieve. The sieves in the machine shake in sequential frequencies, which causes the potatoes to move along on the sieves.

Allround Polisher

Allround polishers are designed to polish produce. The TD (turning drum) machine consists of a rotating drum with counter-rotating brushes.
