The GRIMME PowerCombi is a high-capacity receiving and separation system designed to deliver exceptional cleaning accuracy and throughput of up to 100 tonnes per hour—up to 25% more efficient than conventional systems.
The system integrates three advanced separation stages. The first stage uses adjustable PU spiral rollers to remove loose soil, break clods, and pre-grade smaller potatoes. The second stage, equipped with dual clod separators (CLS II), gently separates small potatoes from remaining impurities.
In the final stage, the optical high-performance separator TOMRA 3A automatically removes stones, clods, green potatoes, and foreign materials using precision ejection technology. With separation accuracy of up to 98%, the system significantly reduces manual labour requirements and improves overall efficiency.
The PowerCombi is designed for ease of operation and can be efficiently managed by a single operator while ensuring gentle crop handling and consistent high-quality output.
