- Keep frozen at -18°C or below.

Cooking Instructions
Fry
- Preheat oil in a kadhai or wok to 180°C.
- Take the desired quantity of product directly from the freezer.
- Place the product gently into the hot oil and fry for 3 minutes.
Bake / Air Fry
- Glaze the oven tray with cooking oil.
- Preheat the oven or air fryer to 200°C.
- Cook until the desired crispiness and colour are achieved.
- Recommended cooking time: 18–20 minutes.
