The system delivers salt (sodium) results in under a minute and can measure additional parameters in a single task, depending on configuration.

Because NMR reads the full ~50 g sample rather than a small aliquot, a seasoned, oily chip is measured representatively and the surrounding recipe doesn’t skew the result. A typical crisp check is simple: weigh the sample, add water, blend, and pump into the Tveskaeg® — a result in about a minute.

The G3 Pump handles continuous batch sampling through its integrated peristaltic pump. Operators can streamline workflows further by connecting a barcode reader, triggering a job instantly by scanning a product label. A scale can also be connected, enabling precise sample preparation with weight data displayed natively on the Tveskaeg®.
