Coloma Farms Inc.

Coloma Farms Inc. is a family-owned potato farm in Coloma, Wisconsin, that operates in the state's well-known Central Sands region. Founded in 1961, the farm has expanded into a large-scale potato enterprise that supplies potatoes for both processing and fresh market consumption throughout the United States. 

Coloma Farms, led by fourth-generation producer Andy Diercks, produces a variety of potatoes such as russet, red, white, and yellow. A large amount of the farm's output is utilized to prepare potatoes for French fries, potato chips, and other potato products sold to food makers and processors.

The farm manages potato production through crop rotation, irrigation systems, storage facilities, and year-round field operations that help maintain consistent quality and supply. Coloma Farms also participates in Wisconsin’s Healthy Grown® program, which supports sustainable farming practices and environmental stewardship within the potato industry.
