Fitch Ranch Artisan Meats is a family-owned meat processing firm situated in Craig, Colorado, that operates on the Western Slope, focusing on locally farmed and sustainably sourced meats. The company began as a modest ranch operation in 2011 and has since grown to handle over 20,000 acres and several hundred Black Angus cattle, as well as prepare lamb, pork, and game.
