JAM Farms

JAM Farms is a family-owned farm. Juan and his wife now own their own farm, with 120 acres of potatoes. The family raises russet potatoes for fries at a renowned global fast food chain.

Juan, who has worked on his family's farm for 23 years, recently took on a leadership role in the sector by joining Potatoes USA's board and sitting on the Communications Committee.
