Mart Frozen Foods, a subsidiary of The Mart Group, has cut the ribbon on a USD 65 million high-tech food manufacturing facility in Rupert for the production of frozen, fully baked Idaho Potatoes (OH!Tatoes).

The Mart Group, an Idaho potato packing operation has been awarded a USD 19.6 million USDA funding to construct a frozen potato processing facility. The investment is part of a USD 320 million effort to create better markets for agricultural producers and food businesses.

Idaho Potato Packer The Mart Group, LLC, operating as Mart Produce, announced the appointment of Jason Allen as its new CEO effective August 23rd, replacing Brian Hansen who has acted as the Interim CEO since July 2017.
