Treehouse Foods agrees to sell snacks division (nuts, trail mixes) to Atlas Holdings

Yesterday, TreeHouse Foods, Inc., a leading manufacturer of private label foods, announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to sell the Company's Snacks Division to Atlas Holdings LLC.

The Visalia plant in California, currently owned by Treehouse, used to be one of the three pretzel bakeries of the National Pretzel Company when this company was still owned by Conagra Foods
