New Brunswick is looking to further increase its seed potato export market to Cuba.

New Brunswick exported 13,710 metric tonnes worth $5 million in 2008, an increase of 3,000 metric tonnes from 2007 exports. It also sent 33 seed potato varieties for evaluation and their adaptability to Cuban growing conditions.
