Aan het inzakken van de aardappelverkopen in Frankrijk is nog geen eind gekomen, hoewel de daling wel minder sterk is dan een paar maanden geleden.
Volgens het aardappelschap CNIPT werden er in de acht maanden tot half april 0,3 procent minder aardappelen verkocht dan een jaar eerder. Daarbij moeten vooral de supermarkten inleveren terwijl er juist wat meer aardappelen van de hand gaan via andere kanalen.
In het seizoen 2009/10 waren de aankopen van consumptie-aardappelen al met 4,6 procent gedaald. In beide perioden bleven de aardappelverkopen in waarde gemeten gezien de hogere prijzen wel een opgaande lijn vertonen.
Franse aardappelverkoop blijft inzakken
