Variety Description

Puka Puqya is a rare Andean potato variety with pale reddish-purple skin and creamy flesh with slight red marbling. Its high tuber count and appealing taste make it ideal for traditional boiled dishes. It is a heritage variety once cultivated by the ancestors of today's farmers.
