The Flo-Dry system is a natural gas-fired, Single or Triple pass oven-dryer designed to evaporate moisture from extruded snacks and other products. These are typically receiving the product at the inlet at around 9-10% (exit extruder) and outputting the product at 1-2%.

The introduction of the E2E SteamClosure means those days are over. In conjunction with partner Solutherm, Tummers is continuing to expand the Emission to Energy (E2E) concept through the addition of this ingenious extraction system.

Florigo hydro-clear® OWB 3 is a solution for stripping water from both the top and bottom of potato slices before frying.

The Air Knife Water Removal System efficiently removes excess surface water from wet, freshly washed products. By generating two high-velocity air curtains across the width of a conveyor or washer discharge, the system lifts and separates the product to remove surface water, starch, and particles.

The Retro Grader conditions the potato shreds through drying and chilling to help ensure a formable product. Retro gradation is a process that takes place within the potato itself when it is cooled down after boiling or blanching. It changes the structure of the cells inside the potato.

Absorbent Drying Rollers remove excess moisture from the surface of fresh produce, reducing the risk of bacterial growth. The roller's porous surface draws in moisture as produce travels along the bed.

Tek-Dry Systems uses preform dryers and coolers for efficient surface water removal and cooling. Just like their bigger brothers, Preform dryers and coolers use a single-pass design and inherit the same hygienic philosophies.

The Hydro Dryers are used to remove water from chips and oil from farsan, namkeen, and fryums, made of S.S. 304 with an automatic tilting system, available in two models (DR-1 and DR-2) with capacities of 50 kg/hr and up to 120 kg/hr respectively.

The Drum Dryer will dry cooked potatoes until flakes are formed. The drum is heated from the inside using steam; the mash is applied to the drum by means of a screw conveyor.

Introducing the tna accura-dryBD 3: a belt dryer for French fries that effectively removes moisture before frying to help create an appealing texture.

In this example of a small line to pack potatoes (5 ton per hour), produce can be received onto an Elevator where they are fed into a Horizontal Debris Remover, to remove loose dirt, vine, and other debris.

The system combines vacuum action with our Air Knife’s blow-off forces to quickly remove surface water, starch, and scraps from just-washed potato slices, fruits, vegetables, and other products before frying or freezing.

SFW Mud Pump is a severe-duty 'mud' pump for dirty abrasive water.

Potato flake lines are a Tummers Specialty. Destoning, washing, peeling, cutting, cooking, mashing, drying, flaking, milling and packaging, all effortlessly performed.

Tummers Washing Line Roller Dryer ensures that after washing and destoning the moisture still present is removed from the potatoes or tubers without affecting the product characteristics.

A patented system for an optimum drying process that turns mash into potato flakes. The Tummers Autotrax makes sure that excess mash on the application rollers of the dryer is scraped off efficiently.

The Belt Dryer transports the product within a conditioned environment, where heated air provides control and equal drying.

Medium Potato line is a 25-ton line which has two receiving options. Produce may be received directly from a field harvest truck or via storage bins using an Electric Bin Tipper.
