The BF / BFL 600 is a 3-bed system machine used in the first stage of soil separation to form well-structured planting beds. It is designed to adapt to different soil conditions by offering two types of plough bodies. The BF plough body is suitable for medium to heavy soils with high amounts of stones and clods, while the BFL plough body with long mouldboards is ideal for light soils, helping retain loose soil within the bed and preventing it from falling back into the furrow.
The machine can also be equipped with optional bed loosening tines, allowing efficient operation even in non-prepared soils. Overall, it ensures optimal bed formation, which is essential for effective soil separation and crop production.
Highlights
Suitable for light to medium soils
BFL version forms trapezoidal (“kit-kat”) beds and works with track widths up to 180 cm.
Flexible operation
Can be used as a single bed former when the machine is folded.
Subsoil loosening option
Depth loosening tines with shear bolt protection can be added for unprepared soils.
Reduced power requirement
Adjustable parallel linkage allows outer bodies to operate at full or half depth, lowering tractor load.
Uniform working depth
Two large support wheels ensure stable and even depth control during operation.
