Klamath Basin Fresh Direct chooses packaging option to prevent greening
Klamath Basin Fresh Direct have found a way with their packaging, which is developed by Fox Packaging, to stop 99% of damaging light from reaching their potatoes. Potatoes are very sensitive to light and will turn green when they are exposed to light for too long.
