AVR introduces its new and efficient Puma 3 potato harvester

During Potato Europe 2014 in Germany, AVR demonstrates its lightweight harvester: the Puma+ with the patented Varioweb cleaning system.

Earlier this month, the first green CTHV 46100 left the factory at the Dutch branch of Belgian agricultural machine manufacturer AVR in Veendam. At 23m long and 1m wide, the CTHV 46100 is the largest storage loader in the AVR range.

AVR is a leading supplier of agricultural machines, specializing in potato cultivation mechanization. Since spring of this year, crop handling technology has been added to our line-up following the acquisition of Climax International B.V.

Easily the biggest potato event in Europe this year, Potato Europe took place in the middle of this region, close to the village of Villers-Saint-Christophe.
