Operating companies in the bakery sector include Kiss Baking (Bread and Cakes), while Jambisco, the Bermudez Biscuit Company and Wibisco all three manufacture Cookies and Crackers.

Holiday Snacks Ltd and Alimentos Bermudez are both manufacturing savory snacks.
