Bowman Ingredients

Bowman Ingredients, founded in 1990 and acquired by Solina Group in September 2020, manufactures a variety of coating technologies for the food industry, including breadcrumbs, batters, marinades, and gluten-free crumb systems, which are used by meat, poultry, seafood, vegetable, and plant-based processors in global retail and foodservice markets.

Their manufacturing network includes facilities in the UK and Wrocław (Poland), as well as joint ventures in South Africa and Thailand. A dedicated gluten-free, allergen-controlled plant launched in 2016. In June 2025, Solina increased its Asian operations by purchasing majority ownership of Bowman Ingredients Thailand.
