- Drawing up of expert’s assessments and valuation reports
- Valuations of realization value at public sales
- Organising the public auction or private sales in the short run, so costs of rent, electricity, etc ... are limited to a minimum for the trustee in bankruptcy and/or the principal
- Intervention at private sales
- Mediating and counselling in case of mergers, acquisitions or closing-downs
- Collecting and storing of goods from bankruptcy, up until the auction
