Greens of Soham is committed to food safety and quality, and holds certifications from renowned assurance programs such as Assured Produce, LEAF, Tesco Nurture, M&S Field to Fork, and Assured Combinable Crops. Their subsidiary, Greenseed International, produces seed and table potatoes, mainly salad and young potatoes, ensuring store availability from June to February. 

Greens Red Beet (D C Produce) specializes in red beet growing on Cambridgeshire's fertile black fen soil, with dedicated storage and grading facilities to ensure year-round availability.
