Jones Potato Chip Company is a family-owned snack manufacturer based in Mansfield, Ohio. Founded in 1945, the company produces potato chips, Potato Stix (shoestring potatoes), and Crispy Fries, and also manufactures private-label snack products. More than forty members of the Jones family have worked in the business, which continues to operate under the motto "Family Made Since 1945."
