Potoky LLC, commonly known as the Potoky Sunflower Innovation Centre, is a Ukrainian agribusiness created in 2016 and headquartered in Dnipro. 

Potoky specializes in sunflower processing and maintains a modern oil extraction factory with a daily capacity of up to 2,100 t of seeds, producing around 300,000 t of sunflower oil per year. 

The company's portfolio includes bulk unrefined sunflower oil, as well as value-added protein-rich byproducts including Proglot sunflower protein concentrate (up to ~48% protein) and sunflower schrot meal (≈35% protein), designed for both food and feed markets.

Potoky also provides sunflower seed kernels and seed kernel blends that are ideal for bakery, snack, and health food applications.
