UNIKA (Union der Deutschen Kartoffelwirtschaft) is the umbrella association of the German potato sector. The association brings together all stages of the potato value chain, from breeding and seed production to primary production, packing, trade and processing. UNIKA represents the interests of the sector at both technical and political levels and develops concepts for the future of the potato industry together with its members and partners.
