Wix Farms is a UK-based agricultural company that specializes in potato and onion cultivation for the packaging and fresh food markets. The enterprise is based at Hempstalls Farm in Wix, Essex, and crops potatoes, onions, milling wheat, malting barley, oilseed rape, seed peas, maize, and turf as part of a diverse farming operation in England's Tendring Hundred.

Wix Farms Ltd was formed in 2008 as a merger of three neighboring farms and has subsequently extended its root crop activities.The company administers about 750 hectares of owned farmland and rents out more land each year to promote potato and onion growing. The farm sells potatoes through the East Suffolk Produce network and works with the UK fresh produce supply chain to service the packing and retail sectors.

Wix Farms has invested in winter water storage systems and modern crop storage facilities to support year-round potato and onion handling. Its infrastructure includes approximately 2,800 tonnes of onion storage and 1,600 tonnes of potato storage capacity, helping maintain crop quality and supply consistency. The farm also provides agricultural contracting services, land management, and storage solutions for the regional farming sector.
