Released in 2025, Punjab Potato 103 is an early-bulking variety designed for flexible harvesting. It can produce around 142 quintals per acre within 80–90 days, while allowing the crop to remain in the field longer can increase total yield to approximately 180 quintals per acre.
The plants are medium-tall, compact and vigorous, with light-green foliage. Tubers are long-round, with light-brown skin and creamy-white flesh. This flexibility makes PP-103 particularly suitable for farmers seeking early market opportunities or faster crop turnover.
